General Provisions

The present agreement is a formal document which governs the relationships between the Owner of the Platform (hereinafter – “Website”, “Platform”, “Kairos-K”) and its Users and Students.

It is strongly recommended for Users to read carefully the following conditions before they start using the Website, create an account, or log into the student dashboard. By accessing the Platform or using its related educational products, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms. If Users do not accept fully or partially the terms of the present agreement, they must immediately terminate the use of the Website and log out of their accounts.

In connection with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the present agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between Kairos-K LTD and its Users from the moment the User starts browsing the Website or registers an account.

Terms and Definitions

Kairos-K Website, or Kairos-K, or Website means the web resource https://courses.kairos-k.uk/ (including all subdomains and dashboards), by means of which the Owner provides Users with access to online accounting courses, study materials, and general information.

Service means the provision of distance learning programs, educational videos, tests, consulting activities, and support in bookkeeping, financial, or tax accounting provided by Kairos-K LTD.

Owner of the Platform (hereinafter – “Owner” or “We”) means the owner of exclusive intellectual property rights to the Website and its courses, i.e., Kairos-K LTD, registered in the UK.

User or Student means a legally capable person who has reached the age of 18, registered an account, or started active usage of the educational Platform.

Student Cabinet (Dashboard) means a personalized protected section of the Platform accessed via secure login credentials (email/username and password) where the Student tracks course progress, accesses materials, and views test results.

Account Registration, Authorization, and Security

To access our online courses, Users must register an account and complete their student profiles. The User agrees to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to maintain its accuracy.

The User is solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of their account credentials (username and password). Sharing account access, selling, or transferring student cabinet login credentials to any third parties is strictly prohibited.

Any automated attempts to access the student cabinet, simultaneous multi-device logins from different geographical locations, or suspicious sessions will be tracked and logged by our security systems and may result in immediate account suspension without a refund.

Subject of Regulation and Educational Content

The Platform enables Registered Users to access structured online training courses, video lectures, test assignments, and downloadable templates in the sphere of accounting and self-employment rules in the UK and Europe.

Under any circumstances, the educational content, templates, or instructions provided within the courses shall be treated as educational and informational materials only. They do not constitute individual tax, financial, legal, or professional accounting advice per se. Kairos-K LTD is not an individual tax advisor via its generalized courses, and the Student bears full personal and professional responsibility for how they apply the knowledge in their business.

Intellectual Property and Strict Content Protection

All objects on the Platform, including but not limited to video recordings, audio tracks, text materials, quiz structures, source code, logos, graphics, and unique training methodologies, constitute the exclusive intellectual property of Kairos-K LTD.

The Owner grants the Registered Student a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to access and view the course content via their Student Cabinet for personal and professional development. Users are strictly prohibited from:

 –  Copying, downloading, screen-recording, or broadcasting any video or audio materials from the Platform;

 –  Distributing course content in the form of written decryptions, translations, text summaries, or files;

 –  Sharing login tokens, platform links, or giving dashboard access to third parties;

 –  Using the obtained data or methodologies to create competing commercial training products or educational services.

Any breach of our intellectual property rights will result in immediate permanent termination of your account without a refund, and a statutory contract fine of £10,000 (ten thousand pounds sterling) shall be levied for each documented violation.

Personal Data and Privacy Integration

We respect your data and process it strictly according to current UK and European regulations. Any operations involving your registration data, encrypted passwords, session logs, IP addresses, or quiz progress are governed exclusively by our Privacy Policy & Cookies.

By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the data processing terms outlined in our Privacy Policy. Your usage of the authorization portal constitutes your confirmation that your identity verification is processed on the lawful basis of Contractual Necessity.

Disclaiming of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The educational Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The Owner does not guarantee that the Platform will be 100% free of errors, technical interferences, server downtimes, or cyber-attacks. Students access the dashboard at their own risk regarding their internet connectivity and hardware parameters.

Under no circumstances shall Kairos-K LTD or its directors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, drop in business profits, tax fines received by the Student from HMRC, or loss of business data arising out of the use or inability to use the educational materials.

Restriction of Collective Lawsuits

Any claims or lawsuits against the Owner shall be filed exclusively in an individual capacity. Acting as a claimant, representative, or participant in any class-action, collective lawsuit, or group arbitration is strictly prohibited.

Settlement of Disputes and Mandatory Statutory Complaints

All disputes arising out of the use of the Platform or educational services shall be settled through mutual negotiations.

If you have a specific dispute or complaint regarding data security, access to your cabinet, or statutory rights under the UK Data (Use and Access) Act, you must first submit a formal internal complaint via email to office@kairos-k-practice.com. We will acknowledge, investigate, and review your complaint within 30 days.

If the parties cannot reach an agreement through negotiation, all disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive and procedural Law of England and Wales.
